Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 June 2026
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit cedoreemedia.com or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
The data controller for your personal data is Tirmizi Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), which trades as Cedoree and Cedoree Media. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17063180), with our registered office at 58a Hibernia Road, Hounslow, United Kingdom, TW3 3RP.
For any privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@cedoreemedia.com.
The data we collect
When you complete our contact form or our free-website request form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- Details about your enquiry, such as your trade, current website, and timeline
- The content of your message
When the form is submitted, our server also briefly processes the sending IP address to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting). This is held only transiently for that purpose and is not used to identify or profile you.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site. Only the essential data needed to operate the website and respond to your enquiry is processed.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential project with you. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Our lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR are:
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries about our services and keeping our site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Consent — where you voluntarily submit your details through the contact form (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. To deliver contact-form enquiries to our inbox, we use a third-party email delivery provider (Resend), which processes the message only to transmit it to us. Where any processing takes place outside the UK, we take steps to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
SMS and text messaging
If you give us your phone number through one of our forms — for example, our free-website request form — you consent to receive SMS text messages from Cedoree Media (Tirmizi Labs Ltd) relating to your enquiry. These may include a reply to your request, your call-booking link, appointment confirmations and reminders, and one-time verification codes.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect the other ways we communicate with you.
We use a third-party messaging platform (GoHighLevel) to deliver these messages on our behalf; it processes your number only for that purpose. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are never shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of an ongoing client relationship or we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation. After that period it is securely deleted.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your personal data secure. The site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and access to enquiry and contact data — including phone numbers collected for SMS — is restricted to those who need it to respond to you. Where we rely on third-party processors (such as our email and messaging providers), we use reputable providers that maintain their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
- Have your data erased in certain circumstances
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it
To exercise any of these rights, email support@cedoreemedia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
